Im fairly sure a properly set up shock (for DH) is supposed to bottom a few times a ride, over jumps etc, due to the sag and stiffness settings.

f*ck me the amount of groms in canada is shocking.. grow up or shut up you twats, konas arent weaker or worse than spesh cos it snapped when hitting a tree. Any bike would do this if you bomb it down a hill - lose control and then fly into a tree (while still on the bike.. it werent just bouncin along); bikes arent designed for front impacts.
tbh id prefer my bike to do this than not break if i hit a tree the speed ollie did.. acts the same way as crumple zones in cars.. but you lot probs wouldnt understand that cos you're all like 12 |
